Dear parents and players!
Along with Volleyball Ireland and their strategic plan - 'Feel the Buz', we are focused on developing a sustainable and inclusive volleyball community.
This year (Season 2024 - 2025), we had over 140 members across both our competitive and social volleyball programs.
With a strong presence in both adult and youth leagues, the club currently fields ten competitive teams, including Premier Division Men; Division 1 and Division 2 Women; Division 2 and Division 3 Men; U18 Premier Division Girls; two U18 Division 1 Girls teams; U18 Premier Boys; and U16 Girls. The diversity of teams reflects the club’s inclusive ethos and commitment to offering opportunities for players of all ages and abilities.
The 2024–2025 season has been a landmark year for the Devils. Three of the club’s teams achieved national champion status: the Premier Division Men, U18 Premier Boys, and U16 Girls, and Dalkey Devils was the only club to win multiple titles in the ational league. Premier Division Men and U18 Premier Boys won the Cup as well.
These titles are not just wins—they are a testament to the hard work and commitment of not just the players but also to the club’s volunteer coaches, board members and committee members, as well as a community that passionately supports its athletes.
Even more impressively, a number of our players have earned places on Ireland’s national teams, showcasing the club’s ability to nurture elite talent from grassroots levels.
The club’s focus extends beyond competitive play. We nurture a vibrant social volleyball scene, offering fun sessions for all ages and abilities.
Our Youth Development strategy introduces volleyball to the wider community through beginner courses and fun sessions, igniting a passion that often leads young players to our competitive teams, and sometimes, even to Volleyball Ireland's regional development centres and national teams.
If you are interested in playing competitiviely, we hold tryouts for our competitive teams every summer.
